If we aren't working on your site...why bill you? All maintenance performed throughout the year is covered in your hosting fee. We strongly suggest purchasing your hosting in multiple years for several reasons; Multiple years purchased up front are cheaper! You are locked into a firm price and that will not change during the time of your contract. Multiple year listings get PREFERENTIAL placement from most search engines!
